How did you get started making your products?

We wanted a tasty yet nutritious juice. Later we added granola and other healthy vegan snacks.

Do you have any new products debuting this Spring?

‘Nola Bites! Vegan raw granola. Just like cookie dough

Tell us about your process.

We buy fresh organic ingredients and juice them right before our markets

Do you have any long term goals for your business?

We would love to open a permanent shop by the end of this year

Of all of your products what is your favorite and why?

Yin and Yang. It’s sweet and a bit spicy

Which of your products is most time consuming to make and why?

Granola bars- they are hand made and putting them into molds takes lots of time but they are worth it 🙂

How much time do you typically spend making each product?

We make products in batches. Usually we can make 20-30q juices per hour.

What drives you to continue making? Who/what is your inspiration?

Hearing from customers how much like like our products makes us continue working. Most customers say: I can taste every single ingredient in this juice. We love that

How do you spend your downtime?

Tiara and I love to take nature walks. We love foraging for wild edibles.

Do you have any pets?

Yes! A cat named Leila
