Show Date: Saturday, December 6, 2014 from 11 am to 5pm

Handmade Holiday is an annual indie craft show in Richmond, Virginia that is filled with 50 of the best local, regional, and national indie artists and crafters we can find. Handmade Holiday, presented by the Richmond Craft Mafia, runs from 11am-5pm on Saturday, December 6, 2014, and will be held at the Hardywood Park Craft Brewery!

Application Due Date: Applications are due on or before midnight October 13th, 2014

Vendor Space: Tables and chairs will be placed in each space before vendor arrival on the day of the show. A 6-foot table and 2 chairs is the default booth package for all vendors. There is no discount for vendors who choose not to use the provided table or chairs. If your display requires racks or another alternative to a single table, the display space will be limited to 6′ x 5′, otherwise your display must fit on top of the provided table.
Any Special Request must be made a minimum of three (3) weeks before the show, but it is preferred that Special Requests be indicated on your application. Vendors will receive notification of their table location about a week before the show via email.

Electricity: Access to an outlet is available for an additional $10 fee in some locations. Accepted Vendors who pay for electricity are responsible for providing their own heavy-duty extension cords.

Application Fee: $10 is due with application submission. Applications will only be considered when accompanied by the $10 application fee paid via PayPal. The application fee is non-refundable.

Jury Process: The Handmade Holiday Craft Show will be juried to ensure quality & variety. We expect to receive more applications than spaces available in the show. AMAZING PHOTOS are the most important part of your craft show application. We can not provide individual feedback on submitted applications. The Richmond Craft Mafia is a volunteer organization that must put all available resources into organizing and promoting our shows.

Notification of acceptance will be sent via email no later than October 20, 2014.

Show fee: $75 includes a 6-foot table and 2 chairs OR $85 includes a 6-foot table, 2 chairs, and electricity.

Payments will be due no later than October 27th for accepted applicants.

Waiting List: There will be a waiting list of applicants, who will be notified if a table space becomes available. Contacted waiting list applicants will have three days to pay the vendor fee and commit to the show. After three days, the table space will be offered to the next applicant on the waiting list.

Cancellations: Once your Vendor Fee is received, it can not be refunded. If you can not participate in the show for any reason, please contact RVACraftMafia [at!] as soon as possible, failure to do so could impact your ability to participate in future Richmond Craft Mafia events.
